We do not issue refund once your order is sent to the delivery company (Singapore Post). As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any products from our online store. However, all products purchased from PoupeeCloset.com may be returned within 30 days of receiving it, unless otherwise stated below:
- Products must be returned in its original packaging and no seals broken or removed.
- We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. If the products are returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Please retain your return tracking information. PoupeeCloset.com will not be liable for products that are lost in transit or not returned to the proper address.
- No return will be accepted without a Return Material Authorization (RMA).
- The total return products amount does not include the original delivery charge and a 15% re-stocking fee. We will issue the remaining amount as a PoupeeCloset.com Gift Certificate which has a year expiry date within 14 days after we receive the return products.
